Registration or referral
You register via our website or are referred by your GP or occupational physician. A referral is needed for insurance reimbursement, but not to start the process.
Questionnaire
After registration you receive a comprehensive digital questionnaire. You map your symptoms, medical history and lifestyle. This ensures our specialist is optimally prepared for the first consultation.
Online intake with menopause nurse
Our menopause nurse will help you with lifestyle advice, nutrition and stress management. An hour of full attention for your well-being.
Intake with gynaecologist
You have a comprehensive 30-minute video consultation with a specialised gynaecologist. Together you discuss your symptoms, wishes and the treatment plan that suits you best.
Hormone therapy
If the gynaecologist recommends hormone therapy, she prescribes it directly. The medication is delivered to your home free of charge. You don't have to arrange anything yourself.
Interim consultation with menopause assistant
After 6 to 8 weeks our menopause assistant contacts you. She discusses how things are going, whether the medication is working and whether adjustment is needed. Accessible and personal.
Follow-up consultation with gynaecologist
After approximately 3 months you have a follow-up consultation with the gynaecologist. Together you evaluate the treatment results and determine next steps. This may be a medication adjustment or continuation of the current plan.
Carefree completion
When you are satisfied with the results and your symptoms are under control, we close the process. Should it be needed in the future, you are always welcome to get in touch again.
